2.系統(tǒng)采用了可編程序邏輯控制器（PLC）為動(dòng)作邏輯控制單元，專(zhuān)用微電腦焊接控制器為焊接工藝控制單元，使用高品質(zhì)鋁合金氣缸，高精度含油軸承和精密機(jī)床用高精度光桿配合保證機(jī)械動(dòng)作的精確性，具有可靠的焊接質(zhì)量，控制與調(diào)整直觀簡(jiǎn)便，生產(chǎn)效率高，基本無(wú)漏焊漏氣現(xiàn)象，成品率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)克服了原來(lái)焊接工藝需要對(duì)焊接管內(nèi)二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點(diǎn)。
