性能特點：

1. 變壓器與焊鉗連為一體，優質鑄造鋁合金（ZL104）機身，具有重量輕，體積小、出力大、高效節能

2. 電極臂全部采用優質鉻鋯銅（CuCr1Zr），并加裝了鋁合金護套，保證了焊接性能的穩定性、焊機使用的壽命及電極臂的強度。同一種機型的電極臂可任意互換，做到一機多用。

3. 焊接變壓器采用了U型鐵芯，與其他公司的E型鐵芯相比，降低了電磁渦流產生的耗損，保證了焊接質量。

4. 氣動加壓系統為我公司自行設計的大口徑鋁合金氣缸筒，焊機出力更大（電極壓力高），從而保證了焊點強度,特別是焊接中厚板時，效果更好。

5. 懸掛裝置配合彈簧平衡器及相適應的輕便型滑軌滑車，可在X、Y、Z三維空間作上、下、左、右、前、后任意方向的移動和轉動，操作極為輕便靈活，實現了全位置全方向的焊接操作。
